Designed and launched the new category of Health Intelligence, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners, through a national roadshow campaign designed to introduce and condition the target audience to Health Intelligence and its unique market positioning.
In early 2019, we embarked on a 6-month partnership with a local design firm to take a well-timed pause, gain some clarity and a new direction forward. For us, this had to start with first defining the category of Health Intelligence. With over ten innovative feature releases in under two years, our product had expanded beyond Health Analytics.
